Resident Services Coordinator

Pacifica Senior Living is looking for Full-Time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team!

This position assists the Resident Services Director and/or the Health Services Director with monitoring resident health, including:

  • Record Keeping
  • Scheduling of Personal Care Assistants, developing daily tasks and making assignments
  • Self- Medication Monitoring and Record Keeping
  • Initiate and Maintain Emergency Packets
  • Organization of Resident Charts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Medication management: assure that medications are properly stored and cared for.
  • Observe residents' health status, take actions to address concerns with scope of practice, record changes, and notify Resident Services Director.
  • Lift/transfer residents as needed.
  • Maintain residents records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures (includes documentation, med distribution, leisure activities, incidents and observations, charting any changes in physical conditions or behavior.
  • Schedule Personal Care Assistants and develop daily tasks and assignments.
  • Evaluate resident care needs and determine required level of care.


  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • Must have a valid CNA in good standing.
  • Must be registered medication aide
  • Must have reliable source of transportation.
  • Must have a team-player mindset with attention to details.
  • Timely and organized.
  • Able to speak, read, write and understand the English language fluently.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

 Work Schedule

  • 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Monday and Thursday)
  • Must be able to work every other weekend
