Chesapeake Place Senior Living is looking for Servers to join the team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent dining service to residents during meal times, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Interact with residents courteously and respond to their requests or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, caregivers, and other team members to ensure efficient and smooth dining services.
- Have a good understanding of the menu, including dietary restrictions and special requests, to assist residents effectively.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Patience and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of food safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- 7:00 am- 2:00 pm
