Security guard (Friday & Saturday) 7pm-3:30am

Meridian at Laguna Hills is looking for a Part-time Security Guard Fri & Sat 7:00 pm-3:30 am to join our team!

This position will provide security services ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, guests and employees while meeting, or exceeding, Pacifica’s service standards. Responsible for security of community assets following community security, safety, and loss prevention policies and procedures.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for providing security services as designated and for securing community assets.
  • Responsible for patrolling the community to prevent and discover activity in violation of criminal, fire or safety codes.
  • Report all dangerous conditions and any damaged or defective property.
  • Respond to resident emergency calls contacting the proper authorities to resolve the matters correctly.

Skills:

  • Ability to effectively manage conflict.
  • Ability to provide security services in a senior housing environment which meet or exceed Pacifica’s service standards.
  • Prefer law enforcement, safety, and/or security experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills in diplomacy and superior time management and organizational skills.
  • May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification and valid Driver’s License.

Work Schedule:

  • Friday & Saturday
  • 7:30 pm -3:30 am
